CultureFly, in coordination with the Consumer Safety Product Commission (CPSC), is conducting a voluntary recall of the L.O.L. Surprise! Fall 2021 Box Dress-Up Pin and providing a refund based on the MSRP.

L.O.L. Surprise! Fall 2021 Box Dress-Up Pin is a large magnetic dress up pin that came in the Fall 2021 L.O.L. Surprise! box. It has magnetic clothing items that can be attached to the pin.

The batch number identifying the recalled product (#C42SBHQ22201) is located on the bottom of the L.O.L. Surprise! Fall 2021 shipping box.


MSRP: $10


Hazard: The paint on the children’s metal doll pins contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban, posing a lead poisoning hazard. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.


Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled metal doll pins away from children, stop using them, and refer to the information below to obtain a refund.


Incidents/Injuries: None reported.


Sold at: L.O.L. Surprise! Box, online at www.thelolsurprisebox.com by subscription beginning August 2021 through October 2021. 


PROCEDURE

1. Immediately discontinue use of the product and place the product (including any separate pieces) in a box large enough that it can be sealed.

2. Contact us by email at contact@thelolsurprisebox.com and include the following information:
    • First Name & Last Name
    • Shipping Address
    • Email Address associated with your L.O.L Surprise! Box account
    • Photo of dress-up pin


3. You will receive an email confirmation with a FedEx return shipping label within 10 business days (two weeks). Please make a note of the FedEx Tracking Number, as it will allow you to document your return and to confirm when we have received the return.

4. Print the label and affix the label to the outside of the box containing the products.

5. Drop off the package at any facility where FedEx picks up.

6. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your refund check to arrive.


    REFUND AMOUNTS

    We will refund the MSRP of the product you are returning. In order to receive this refund, the full product must be included in the return package.
